San Antonio - a short 1 hour trip

Jay needed to do his Max Load training in the Saratoga. We took that opportunity to go to Josephine's St naturally on Josephine street in San Antonio. It is right next to the refurbished Pearl Brewing building. There is a reason this restaurant has been around for decades. The food is amazing. We flew to San Antonio Internation airport and parked at Singnature FBO. They let us use their crew car and it was only 5 minutes from the airport to Josephine's. I rate this right up or above Moon Dogs at Rock Port.
